Fully Managed Service
Initial Set up fee:
Half Of The Monthly Rent
(subject to minimum of £300 incl vat)
Subsequent Set Up fee:
Quarter Of The Monthly Rent
(subject to minimum of £150 incl vat)

Ongoing monthly management fee:
12% + vat (14.4% including vat)
(subject to minimum £66.00)
Lease Renewal Fee: £90 (£75 + vat)
Gas Certificate: £78 (£65 + vat)
EPC: £114 (£95 + vat)
Copy Documents: £24 (£20 + vat)
Court Attendance On landlords Behalf: £150 /day (£125 + vat)
Bailiff Attendance: £75 (£62.50 + vat)
Land Registry Checks: £24 (£20 + vat)
Attendance to Property outside Our Terms of Business: £30/hour
Tenant Find Only Service
Tenant Find Only Fee: £540 (£450 + vat)
Tenant Find Only Lease Renewal Fee: £150 (£125 + vat)
Additional Services Available on Request
We do not manage vacant property
